Reminiscent of ancient forests and smoky rituals, our Cedarwood & Palo Santo deodorant is a grounding and meditative woodsy blend that is balanced by light floral notes of lavender and refreshing hints of sage. This deodorant comes in 3 strengths, Extra Strength, Regular Strength, and Sensitive Skin, so that you can find the perfect deodorant for your needs.

Strength

This deodorant’s hero ingredients are palo santo and cedarwood, which are both soothing with anti-inflammatory properties. Palo Santo is a spiritual tree that is thought to help cleanse negative energy and restore positive well-being.

This deodorant reduces undesirable underarm odor as the cedarwood and sage in it are both natural astringents that tighten your pores and reduce sweating.

A grounding and meditative woodsy blend that is balanced by light floral notes of lavender and refreshing hints of sage.

Outer box

Inner tube

  • packaging: the tube is made from 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic. No virgin plastic is used in the packaging.
  • recycling: when you’ve used your deodorant, remove the lid and the bottom piece of the vessel and clean the inside. Put the vessel back together and recycle as one piece with your curbside plastic recycling.

For a full breakdown of each deodorant visit our guide on ”Which Nala is right for me?” All our deodorants are unisex, safe for all ages, and free-from aluminum, known carcinogens, and toxins. Each formula is unique, as we believe skincare isn’t “one size fits all”:

  • Sandalwood-Bergamot: Our strongest formula with a gentle woodsy smell. Ideal for heavy sweaters and a top seller among men. Use as a daily deodorant or on occasions when you’ll be needing a bit more protection.
  • Lemon-Myrtle Geranium: Light floral/lemon smell. More gentle formula than Sandalwood-Bergamot, excellent everyday deodorant.
  • Peppermint-Charcoal Detox Deodorant: Our most gentle formula and completely baking soda free. Recommended as a transition deodorant for those new to free-from deodorants, but also as great everyday deodorant. Use alone, while detoxing, or in conjunction with one of the other two.

You can also create your own Personalized Deodorant where you can customize by scent and strength (Sensitive Skin, Regular Strength, Extra Strength).

All our products are made of 100% natural or naturally derived ingredients, and organic whenever available. We use ingredients derived by green technology such as botanical extract derived by supercritical fluid extraction (carbon dioxide extraction). The exterior paper tube and the inner mechanism are 100% recyclable. The plastic containers are accepted through any specialty recycling depot. We are actively looking at upgrading our packaging to be biodegradable while meeting our standards for quality and safety - this includes for all existing and future products. We continue to explore new options in manufacturing as they are brought to market.

Nala's "Sensitive Skin" collection is specially formulated without the use of any baking soda. With all of our deodorants, you only need to apply 2-3 swipes. Avoid overapplying. Our scents are all expertly blended with essential oils and without the use of artificial fragrance. If you are sensitive to any fragrance, we also have an Unscented formula.
