Please note it can take about 4 weeks for your body to get used to natural deodorants! You can read what to expect here.
Return Policy
We accept returns for any unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
For any unopened and unused products from your order that you would like to return, please contact customer support for the return address. We will process a refund for you once we receive the tracking number, or if a tracking number is unavailable, when we receive the product. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
Please note that the cost of the return shipping label is covered by the customer.
We are not able to repurpose used products and don’t want them to end up in waste. At Nala we are committed to being environmentally responsible and recycling and up-cycling all of our products and components. If you have a used product that was not a good fit for you, we encourage you to share it with a family member or close friend.

Wrong Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to write the full and correct shipping address at the time the order is made.
If an order has been returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, the cost to have it shipped again will be covered by the customer.
At the customer's request, a refund can be provided for the cost of product minus the cost to have it shipped out and back.
