I avoided tight t-shirts or long sleeves in public because of it. But I’ve changed my mindset. Sweating is natural, and honestly, it’s not worth stressing over whether people see it! 

How often do you apply/reapply deodorant during the day?
— Usually once in the morning. I keep one in my work bag just in case, but I rarely need to reapply. If I have evening plans, I’ll reapply then.

Have you experienced any irritation from reapplying, especially post-sweat?
— Not at all. I’ve never had any discomfort or irritation with Nala.

Would you recommend this natural deodorant to a fellow runner?

— Absolutely! I was skeptical at first—my past experience with natural deodorants wasn’t great. One brand I tried just didn’t work, and I struggled with body odour for months. But with Nala, I can honestly say I’ve never smelled better. I sweat a lot—during workouts and even when I’m stressed—so it’s important to have something I can rely on.
